You may NOT use SwappShack to:
  • List illegal items or stolen property
  • Sell counterfeit or unauthorized goods
  • Post fraudulent or misleading listings
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to circumvent fees or commissions
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Engage in money laundering or fraud
  • List weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
  • Post adult or explicit content
  • Discriminate against any person or group

5. AI-Powered Features

SwappShack uses artificial intelligence to help create listings. You understand that:

  • AI-generated content is suggestions only
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content
  • AI may occasionally produce inaccurate descriptions
  • You must verify accuracy before publishing

6. Fees and Payments

Basic listing on SwappShack is free. We may offer premium features for a fee:

  • Boost Listings: Pay to promote your listings
  • AI Credits: Credits for AI-powered listing creation
  • Transaction Fees: May apply to certain transactions

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

The SwappShack name, logo, and all related content are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without permission.

By posting content on SwappShack, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your listings.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service may include content from or links to third parties, including:

  • Payment processors (Stripe)

We are a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Content posted by other users

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months.
